Everyone in the tourism system has a stake in sustainability. While destinations must develop strategies to ensure sustainability in host communities, and travelers must take personal responsibility for their action - it is critical that the companies engaged in tourism do their part as well. Many companies have developed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and Green programs to meet the challenge of sustainability.
